Supermarkets

Our devices are perfectly suited for implementation within Supermarkets and convenience stores. The single phase device can be used on integral and standalone fridge and freezer units. The 3-phase device can be used on chiller and freezer packs, with one device per compressor. Our devices can also be applied to any AC pump and air conditioning units, fans and conveyor belts. Larger supermarkets that utilise all of these electrical devices will hugely benefit from the savings our device can provide.

Data Centres

Data centres require a huge amount of cooling and air circulation systems – required to keep the server temperature low. These systems require a lot of compressor banks and circulation fans. Our device can hugely benefit the systems by reducing the energy used, and therefore the cost, to keep the servers cool. Our device would be placed at the compressors, circulation pumps and fans. We can also help reduce the cost to keep the offices cool by being attached to the air conditioning units.

Catering

In a similar way to the benefits of installing our device within Supermarket chains, catering and other food-related businesses can benefit from a huge reduction in running costs. The single phase device can be added to a variety of standalone fridge and freezer units, with the 3-phase device used on chiller and freezer packs. Any unit that utilises a compressor will benefit.

Manufacturing

There is a vast array of application within the manufacturing industry that our device can attach to, provided the motors are run at 50 / 60 hz. The device can be attached to electric cranes, hydraulic pump motors, ducted fans and conveyor belts. Energy intensive manufacturing that uses lathes, automatic saws and band saws will see immediate results.

Distribution Centres

Any distribution centre that utilises automatic conveyor equipment will benefit from having one of our devices fitted. Postal services and other “pick-and-pack” distribution organisations (such as Amazon) have large networks of conveyors, each of which would benefit from significant cost savings.

Farming

The benefits to farming are similar to those of the distribution centres, in that a large volume of material (in this case food) is being moved from one place to another. Egg production facilities all the way through to vegetable sorting and packing systems will all benefit from the device.
